Lmk if you have questions in regards of 5100’s all around, ome 885 at bottom clip, no sway bar and rear home build 6 leaf with no overload. I love how the truck handles and feels on and off road.

Candidly, this is a bit of a weird build. I'm not buying this guy wheels and tires. Because we aren't doing wheels and tires (and he intends to do wheels and tires next year) I'm going to go coilovers up front so they can be adjusted later, and now I'm leaning towards an ad a leaf to get 1.5-2" now, and then he can buy a leaf pack in the future when he does wheels and tires and then go 3" all around. But might as well do some other stuff so it's already to go next year; like the UC, rear shocks, ECGS, hangers.

The only suggestion I have is to be prepared to be flexible in your choices. Your biggest obstacle is likely to be availability since you are on a limited time frame for getting your parts in and installed. One back ordered part could cause a major headache, so have options in mind for everything.

Wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that replied. This helped me tremendously and it's good to have a wonderful community to be able to rely on. Thank you.

Ended up ordering (and thank you to Headstrong for getting me an in stock bill of materials, and everything shipped and tracking numbers stupid fast - just like they have for me in the past):
Fox 2.5 extended coils no reservoir (icon not in stock)
    SPC UCA
    Headstrong Add a leaf + 1/2" shim
    Bilstein 5160 rear shocks
    Wheelers u bolt flip
    OME driveshaft spacer
    ECGS clam shell thing
    PerryParts bump stops
    Rago Fab Hammer Hangers
RCI Rock Sliders (already had in my garage for a Tacoma I never bought)

    Thanks again everyone

When I installed my 4x4 iron man foam cell pro. I did the ESGS, carrier bearing drop, and sway bar relocation. I did everything at once and I had no vibes like i did when i was on block spacers. Although since doing everything at once I don't know for sure why my truck had vibes before.

This. I did OEM 4runner takeoffs, then 5100s, then ICONs... Buy once, cry once, your time for install is worth it. Honestly, kinda wish I went with the bilstein 6112s. They make stellar products for many platforms, and they know what they're doing - not just 4x4 applications.

I kept is simple and effective. My Tacoma rides great on road and off road. 2015 DCSB 4x4 TRD OR, 2 1/2 " lift, Bilstein 5100's OME 885X's and OME Dakar CS047R Leaf Packs and OME CB drop kit
I believe the truck will do great on the trip. Marie at Headstrong Offroad can hook you up. Right after lift with stock wheels and tires.
Next picture 285/70/17's and Icon Alphas. BMC and pinchwelds flattened

    Truck has a nice stance!

Didn't think I was going to ping this thread back but doing so because I had a back and forth with Headstrong on Monday, figured out what they had in stock that fit the project. Ordered it, and cheapest shipping it arrived at my door today. Pretty darn cool. Just another shout out to Headstrong.

Nice, You don't really have to spend a lot of $ for a good suspension that will last. It depends on how you are going to be wheeling. OME and Bilstein make a great product.
I picked up my lift from #Headstrongoffroad and Marie helped me load it.
    Good people right there.
    Before tires and wheels.

Going to get my wife to translate this for me. Without knowing what you're saying yet, looks like a solid video.
