Let me start by saying I did search, but didn't quite find what I was looking for. From June 18-20 I will be driving up from Oklahoma to do some off roading up in Colorado. Seeing as how this is my first off road trip I wanted to start on some relatively easy trails, but also something where I can put my truck in 4WD to test its capabilities. I have a 2016 TRD OR DCSB and I recently put on full skids and sliders. I'm in the process of purchasing recovery gear as I will also be doing this trip alone. Please let me know what trails you would recommend, and trails with a great view and scenery are a plus. Thanks!

A lot of trails are going to be closed due to the amount of snow the mountains got this winter.

Switzerland Trail (1-2 out of 10 rating) to Pennsylvania Gulch (3-4 out of 10 rating).

Bright Trail (Taylor Mountain) - 3 rating. This one has a nice overlook at the end.

Guanella Pass is super easy but currently closed.

Trying to think of some easier ones closer to Denver as all the stuff up in the high country will be hit or miss and maybe more difficult with snow/mud than when dry.
