Need replacement parts ADVICE and How to fix Squeaking?

Im in the process of replacing a lot of parts on my 05 and I was wondering if anyone had a good place/ideas about where to order parts from?

I'm gonna repaint my truck and I'm looking for new bumpers new plastic that goes on the bed and back bumpers.

I am also looking for replacement headlights, tail lights and fog lights.

Does anyone know the best way to get rid of the mold looking stuff on the black rubber surrounding the windows and how to get rid of SQUEAKING in the lead springs.

Last thing, is there a list out there that tells you when certain things on the truck should be replaced ex...u joints and shocks and other things of that nature.
I would very much appreciate some advice from other tacoma people. Thanks.
