    Stock wheels: 16x7/+15 OS/4.10" BS
    Stock suspension currently

I have the opportunity for a great deal on some Pro Comp Alloys 16x8/0 OS/4.5" BS
I plan on a 2" leveling/lift but not right now. What max size tire will fit as it sits BUT not look "goofy" when I get around to doing the level/lift?

Or should I simply wait until I do the level/lift? (I'll miss the deal on the wheels though)

They are Pro Comp wheels. You are not missing out any any kind of "deal".

Well, I'm not the type to pay $1000 for wheels.

^ This. Or you could squeeze some 285/75/16 tires if you're ok with cutting and trimming to make them fit.
