I have a 2013 taco ac trd sport and I will be putting a 3in lift up front and 2 in in the rear. I would like to get new wheels and tires so here is my question: I am looking at the toyota steel wheel from wheelers (16x8) and I would like to run 285/75/16. Do I go 4 or 4.5" backspacing and would I need the run spacers so nothing rubs? Trimming doesnt bother me as long as its nothing major. I really appreciate the help.

You can run either bs option with 285s. I would say that 4.5" bs would keep the wheels/tires somewhat flush with the fenders and 4.0" bs will provide a more aggressive stance if that's what you're after. Good luck!
