I am having a hard time choosing the right tacoma. Here is what I am looking at.

2009 TRD Sport Double Cab 80K miles $20500
2006 TRD Offroad Double Cab 56K miles 21000
    2009 TRD Offroad Double Cab 27Kmiles 25000

    All trucks are certified

I was trying to stay as close to 20K as possible. I can afford more but havent had a car payment for quite some time. What do you guys think? and why. BTW I occasionally go offroad while hunting but spend most time on the road. Will have to pull trailer as toys wont fit in the back of the trucks.

    Thanks

Have you looked at new? If you have a AAA membership or belong to a Sam's club or Costco you can get a great deal. I bought my 2011 TRD Sport DC prerunner with the JBL audio and back-up camera for less than $27,000 last year. Look for a leftover 2011.
Those prices seem high to me for a used truck. However, you cannot go wrong with a Tacoma, new or used.

I have an 09 trd off road sr5 dc prerunner with 34k miles I just bought for 25k drive out...I would do the 09 with 27k miles and tell them drive out 25k with 75k warranty

    I got a V6 4x4 2012 TRD OR DBL for 29 something + TTL

Do a couple year old Tacomas really go for that price?

Yeah. Its a small supply and high demand. I paid 20 for my 07 with 70k on it this past summer. Couldn't find anything cheaper.

Dealers seem to be making deals less in the Tacoma these days. My dealer wouldn't budge. Neither would others around town

My 2008 trd or AC was stickered at about 26k. Talked down to 22,750. Only 19k miles. See how low you can get that 09.
