Hey guys so I'm holding off on UCA's for a few months and after dropping my truck off for 12K scheduled maintenance, the alignment is at spec and I've still got some negative camber. I'm running king 2.5s and I've got 8 threads showing on both the front driver and passenger sides. Would screwing the shock down a few threads mitigate my problem? also running BFG a/t KO2's 285/75r16 4runner steelies on a 1.5 spacers

What are your alignment specs? Altering the height of the suspension is going to change ALL of the parameters of the alignment. If you have negative camber than lifting a little might "fix" that issue, but throw off your caster and prevent it from being in spec.

They can't fix the camber issue? Have you considered lowering the coilovers slightly to get a proper alignment until you get new UCA's?
