Ready to pull the trigger on a tire purchase. Truck has 2 1/2 inch lift up front with stock UCA's (AAl's for 3 in back.) Using stock SR5 alloy wheels. Want: 255/85r16 Goodrich KM3.

I have read through the 255/85r16 link and others. Seems that the consensus is that it depends on which way the wind is blowing whether they will rub. Also, mostly about those pesky better fitting Gen 3's. I can do what is necessary in regards to mud flaps and fenders. What I want to know is with the factory backspacing, will they rub on the UCA's Simple.

    Thanks for the help

Most national chains will give you a (e.g., 90 day) buyer’s remorse guarantee, read the fine print. Try it, report back.

I have a similar truck and lift, stock UCAs, went with the same size tire but Coopers. Zero issues, no rubbing anywhere.AB391808-0879-478B-AADD-5AB9C95D42A1.jpg

I would think they would rub on the cab mounts first if they were gonna. But get the warranty and try what you want. Cmc isn't that expensive if you have to go that route. The UCA issue would/ could be getting a good alignment
