Hey guys, I have a few ideas for my truck but would like your knowledge and opinion. I have an 02 DBL cab prerunner and will be putting on a 2" lift spacer to level it out. I am not sure if I should put 31x10.50's on 15x8 or should I just go with 265/75/16's with stock wheels for now. I like the 15's idea just because it is cheaper with more tire selection. I wouldnt buy new 16's for a while if I go that route. What do you guys think? Also I dont like the stuffed fenderwell look if that matters.

Is it really that much cheaper to buy wheels & tires VS buying just tires?

If you have the 15" rims already, I'd go with the 32x11.50-15s. 32s will easily fif with 2" of lift and wont look stuffed. If you have to buy 15's, go with the 265/75-16s. They are basically 32x11.50s.

The wheels and tires wouldnt be cheaper but I would get more of a tire selection with the 15's. Plus, I kinda want to stick with the stock tire size but there arent too many options for a 265/70/16 in all terrain and no mud terrains. Whereas almost all mud and all terrains come in a 31x10.5r15

Did you have to extend the brake lines when lifting the Taco, or what other changes were necessary thanks

No i didnt add brake line extenders, it is more or less just a leveling kit for now with crappy spacers but as i go through colege i plan to the the OME ultimate kit!
