I was just at my Toyota dealer and no joy for a 2012 front license plate holder (by Toyota)...However they make one for a 2004 Corolla that isn't shaped to the bumper (straight). It looks like it might work, especially if you have OCD like me and don't want to attach the plate right to the bumper, it was however $50. I was thinking of checking out the local junk yard
