Need some Photoshop help

I have a strange request. I putting a bar crawl together around my way and I need some help with the T-shirts. The theme is beer huntin'. I want to put this image on the front and was wondering if anyone could help me turn it to black and white? The t-shirts will be black in color so all of the lines should be white of this image. If someone could pull this off I'd be really gratefull. If it cant be done with this image be creative, you get the idea im trying to get at.

Sent. If you have a larger initial image, it would look better. When you attempt to increase the size of an image, it can become more pixelated.
