    Don’t put it in 4wd while you’re turning on the pavement. Wait until it’s straight if you’re going to use it. If you’re that worried about it throw it in 4wd right before you launch the boat when the trailer tires hit the water. 4 lo vs hi depends on the size of the boat IMO.

    Due to how high Reverse is in these trucks you might want to do the 2LO mod so you can have it in Low to go super slow but still be able to steer on pavement.

    Thank you. 14 foot Lund tiller on a new trailer. I am picking up the trailer next month, and the boat in August, giving me time to practice.

    Would using the CRAWL system be useful? I have only used it once in 4 years, and it was remarkable (icy hill climb).
