Hey guys so I bought this beater of a truck and basically I'm sprucing it up to be a weekend warrior. Previous owner beat it to hell and lowered it. I know I can take the blocks out in the rear but I can't figure out if the front is lowered or not. I bought some 15" wheels that came stock on a ranger and the tires sit against the wheels wells in the front. I feel like there's no way it is stock and maybe he changed the springs or cut them? Provided is a long for reference from a guy who had a ext cab with similar issues.

Here are pics of my truck and how it sits.

Did they take the front and real shocks out? looks like they took the entire front and back shocks and put them down lower. I wish I could help you with this, but I have no idea what the prevouis owner did before anyway to contact him? and maybe ask.

I have asked multiple time he claimed he only put the rear blocks in to lower the rear and that's all but there is no way that's true because the sway bar links have about three inches of slack in them. I'll post pics of that later. I'm just wanting confirmation that I need stock springs to raise it because I don't want to buy stock springs and find out that's what I already have and waste my money. But I don't see how I would have so much slack in my sway bar links

I'd take it to a shop and let them give it a look.

That spring does look either cut or swapped out imo as well. Here's mine with stock suspension all around and 195/75-14s. I'm guessing those are 235/70?

What do you have in there now? I had the bench seat in my 5 lug (way back when) and putting buckets out of an 01 tacoma into it was the best thing I ever did to that truck!

Right now I have 4Runner bucks but I don't have the time to build the brackets right now to make it bolt up so I'm just going to get a bench for now plus I plan on this being my weekend warrior truck for hauling my bikes to races and my girl wants a bench seat to lay down so you know how that goes
