    For those that want to help democracy along...

    With FireFox( and I'm sure it works for IE as well), all you do is vote, clear history, close browser, turn off router for 30 seconds, turn on router, wait for connection to be made, open browser (or saved favorite from your desktop which is quicker), vote... and repeat!
