    I used to drive a Nissan Titan - In Scottsale AZ. It was like Playing High Stakes Poker because there were Mercedes, B-mers, Lambos, Ferraris everywhere.
    Left turns are relatively easy because they are a wider turn by nature, but for the right turns I would keep position up against the left side of my lane and sweep out wide. Sometimes a curb kiss is inevitable. As long as it is a small kiss you are ok.
