Does anyone have a link for where I can find the f-p or n-m values for the bolts that hold the tow receiver to the frame on a 3rd gen? I'm putting on a new steel rear bumper and need to know how hard to crank those suckers. Also, red or blue thread locker? I almost never use red, thinking blue is best, but might not even be needed.

    Please advise.

Those bolts are in shear, torque is not critical. I'm sure there is a spec but I would just crank them down nice and tight. Red loctite is more permanent than blue, intended for fasteners that will not be removed. Recheck torque after a couple miles of towing would be a good idea.
