The best piece of advice I can give you is pick something you enjoy doing. The rest will fall into place.

If you want a office job then go to college. If you want to learn a trade thats what I recommend. Welding, machinist, mechanics, nursing and construction professionals will always find a job at any age. I think there are more people fighting for office jobs with no skill and no where to go but a office. I say learn a trade job. They have a more flexible schedule available such as nights and half days instead of just 8-5. For example you could be a welder few hours a day and then take a couple college classes at a time. End up best of both worlds. Just because you start college doesnt mean you will finish. Good luck

i think BG04Taco hit the nail on the head there. im doing electrical now and i can already see i will have lotsss of work and money ahead of me, but then again you gotta be happy and enjoy what you do, so if this isnt for you dont let us pressure you into something you dont want to do.
