Needing Lift Replacement suggestions

Hey all, I bought a lifted 2002 tacoma and he lifted it using spacers making the ride quality shit, and the stock leaf pack is now almost flat, but not negatively arched. The main reason I am looking to re-lift it is because I have a nasty case of axle wrap right now on top of the ride being terrible. I have about 2" of lift right now, and don't want any less, but definitely not much more! Does anybody have any suggestions on the most cost effective and efficient way to keep my lift and eliminate some of my problems? I have also noticed the shocks on it are stock and don't compensate for the lift. Getting some billies wouldn't alleviate my axle wrap would it?

 

If you have blocks in the rear, that is part of your axle wrap problem.
Billies will NOT change your axle warp situation.
I'd recommend the OME kit for 3"+/- lift depending on the spring set-up combination you choose.
