Needle bearing or something else?? Please help

I don’t have time to mess around with it. Have a shop doing it Monday morning. This is my daily driver.

 

I was going to say the dealer quoted me at $800 for a wheel bearing change (the one i smoked) which is why I drove so long on it before changing it, (long story but I was about 600 miles from my house where my wheel bearings where at lol) I would imagine any one else would charge half or less than $800 for a wheel bearing replacement lol.

 

I was told $459 and that's with and alignment

 

Yeah, I let girlfriend drive my truck this past winter. Sigh, truck did her job and earned some new parts.
