negative feedback on grey wire mod?

    Just wondering if anyone has anything negative to say about the grey wire mod. It sounds great and all but I am having a hard time with the idea of cutting wires in my baby.

    Yep, there is pretty much no con's to doing the mod.

    Hell, I used a pocket knife to cut and strip the wires, and just braided the wires together and wrapped them in electrical tape.
