just take a pic the next time it happens and threaten calling the cops.... "I have proof, stop that shit"

those are some damn irritating neighbors.

at one of our old houses we used to have problems with people walking through our yard.

so we planted Bougainvillea. pretty, and thorny as fuck.

Well, they may have been doing it for a while I guess, but we don't sit at our window and wait for them to do it so we can catch them. My wife just happened to be walking the dog. stupid kids.
I told the wife that we should start scooping up our dogs poop and next time they are out in their front yard, take it over there and start dumping it on their yard. When they ask what we are doing, i would just tell them that since they and their kids seem to think they can do whatever they want in our yard, that we can do whatever we want in theirs. LOL.

I'm sure they are, I haven't seen them do it. We have a window that overlooks that side of the yard, so when I walk by, I've seen them playing football in their yard, but not mine. I've been trying to take the high road here by talking to them and being polite, but im at the end of my rope. I'm already on meds for my temper, so this isn't helping.

You do as you wish on your property with in the law & code for your city. It is yours and so as you wish. I have an issue with a neighbour also...but they are supposed to be selling the house and moving soon "fingers crossed".

Yep. From now on, thats what I am going to do, just call the cops, and let them deal with it. Maybe they will get tired of having the cops at their house all the time.

Yeah, we have been. But they seem to think that they can use the neighborhood and my yard as a public playground/football field. But not anymore. Previous owners may have let it go on, but not me.

I really dont want to do anything illegal or that will get me in trouble, cause then I am just stooping to their level, and then they have an excuse to say we did something. so far, I have the upper hand if the cops get involved.

On of my coworkers has a wifi webcam that does infrared and motion detect. think I am gonna set it up in a window to see if can catch them messing around when we are not there or outside to catch them. Also that way I have proof if I ever do need to call the cops.

I hope the bushes youplant work.. and if it doesn't you could always have your dogs use the bathroom in the grass that they are playing in. A few suprise doggy landmines would be kinda funny to watch thru a bedroom window!! haha. (if you do go with my idea I would like to see some video of that hilarity)

HAHA! they'd never know it was from my dog either. They have a cat that they let roam the neighborhood (just like their kids) and it's poop is about the same size as my dogs. I could just start tossing it over to their yard when they aren't home. LOL.

Screw the dog, you should take a crap on their lawn yourself. Go over there with the paper and TP in hand and have at it. When they ask you what your doing just respond, "Just doing to your yard what you have done to my requests to keep your brats out of my yard."
