Look at AutoAnything for their bars, as most are half the price of OEM. Bolt holes match back to the 2012 - I have the Steelcraft 5" Premium ovals and I paid about $300 delivered.

Are they pretty sturdy and good quality?

I can stand on them with no flex, and I'm not tiny. They also stick out an inch farther than the tires, so I don't get door dings from Chrysler 300s. I had them bolted on in about 45 minutes, and that was only because the driveway was cold.

There's pics in my build thread (click on the pic in my sig).

They have a bunch of options as well. If you get on a chat with a rep, many times they offer a 10% or even 20% discount (no guarantees, though). I ended up getting my tonneau and steps through the rep at 20% off and free shipping during the black Friday sale. It's all what floats your boat. You might also find something you like better than the OEM look.

    Happy hunting!

I bought my OEM ones from eBay (toyota dealer online storefront) for 360 shipped. I have the 5" tubes in black. Installation was a breeze and they look and for great!

Just search for this part number.PT767-35112
