Nerf Bars - Size?

I'm planning on getting a set of N-Fab Nerf Bars for my 2016 Double Cab TRD Sport. Any opinions on size? I'm leaning toward the 3" tube but...

Go for 3". Looks great. It's only some $80 more.

I got the 3", the 2" leaves too much space between the bar and the cab.

 

This one don't have a gap at all? Can you post more pictures of it?

I was thinking about this one. Really liked it. The only concern was those edges looked kinda sharp and I couldn't find any info on how sharp are they so you get out of the truck and scrape your calf or something. Ended up with Nfabs

On Amazon the "fit check" (see if this item fits your vehicle) talks about "60.5 inch Fleetside" and "73.7 inch Fleetside". Does anyone know what this means? Thanks.
