Does anyone have these 6" nerf bars? My wife needs a step up but I am worried they may be too big looking for the Tacoma. I have considered the hoop step OEM style bars but am worried I will hit my leg on them getting in and the straight nerf bars seem like a safer bet.

I've got the OEM 5" which look fairly similar to those. Have no complaints with them at all and they look fairly nice. I just wish that they were strong like sliders. I'll be replacing them in the future with sliders, but for now the wife says they work with her heels so that's good enough for me.

I like the Nerf Bars (3") or sliders.. those 6" bars look granpa-ish to me. I don't like the step bars that many dealerships install...

I have N-fab 3" bars... only because they were the only option at the time in late 2015 - They take a beating and I'm still happy I over-paid for em.

I have Lund 5" Oval Curved Steel Nerf Bars. Works well as a step. The profile is just a little wider than the stock SR5 wheels. But my pant leg does rub every time I step out of the truck. 169.00 at autoanything

I have a couple of pics and a youtube video link in this post. The video has some good info.

They look better than the predator steps the dealers use!

5” OEM LB got good deal from member here. Don’t need the step as much as I need a limb snake deflector :)E71DEBD4-4239-4322-BFB7-A04FB975D90E.jpg
