    yo nice truck...

i was actually thinking of re-gearing...might actually help with the mileage in the city lol

cause right now with my wheels n tires almost 29" there was a pretty noticeable drop in performace..

so that muffler is really good? u have full exhaust or just the muffler?

    Thanks!
I just have the muffler installed. It has tone down since it was installed. It sounds great! It's not too loud at idle, it sounds great when I accelerate.

I went for a drive today on Redington Road. Nothing too extreme, just went for a cruise. Here are some pics.

    Thanks!

Change it! There are different materials out there you can use. You just have to have tools to get the job done. I am happy with how my grille came out.

    Bear Down!

I have done a few MODS (replaced) some parts to my truck. My GF got me a camera as an early Christmas present.

First of, I went to AZ meet a few weeks back and Cliff was looking at my suspension and notice I had a blown struts on the driver's side. By the look of it, it seems it has been blown for awhile. So I ordered some Bilstein struts and replace both struts. After replace the struts, once again the truck rides great.

I also purchase some HID lights for my headlights and my Hella 500s. I got both kits for about ~$110.00 shipped! It was a great deal I could not pass up.

I will post pics of the lights when it gets dark.

I did not have difficulty finding what what wheels I liked, but the issue was find the right wheel specs to fit on a 5 lugger. I was lucky AZ11 was selling what I wanted, BFGoodrich All Terrain TA KOs on some nice Mojave wheels.

I am thinking of purchasing a skid plate from beefedtaco. My other option is to have some one build me a skidplate/light bar. One that looks similar to the Total Chaos Toyota Tacoma build.

Its looking GREAT man!!! I'm glad you got that new strut for the driver side.

You're Halla's are going be so bright with those HIDs. Cliff said you were blinding him when he was taking you back to the road with the stockers in them. haha

    Thanks Alex.

The HIDs are sweet, I was terrified when I was pulling everything out of the box. But when I started laying everything out, it was simple! If you can change a headlight bulb, you can install some HIDs. The plug and play wires made the install quick and easy.

I went home for the weekend, an impromptu to trip. It just so happened I had my new camera a took a few pics.

On my way home I drive through Flagstaff. They have had so much snow, it was great! I took this random road I have not been on, I traveled about 3 miles on the road trying to find a spot where I could turn around. The snow just got deeper and deeper.

I then turned on Highway 160. About a mile driving on 160 there is some gorgeous view of some painted desert. Here are some pictures.

In some areas through town there are some areas that are muddy. There was a few inches of snow, but all has melted and left some nice areas to drive the Tacoma.
