    This company was an absolute nightmare to deal with! I had bought the "Landslide Truck Air Horns" from this company in April as a graduation present for my boyfriend. He graduated at the very end of May. Me, knowing nothing truly about trucks or airhorns did not open the package when I received it. However, two weeks ago we did open it and found not only many, many parts missing and damaged parts received, but also we did not receive a receipt, a parts list, instructions, or about half go the parts shown on the ad. With what we were given my boyfriend was not able to install his train horn that day. When I had bought the horn, there were issues on payment so I was in frequent contact with the company for about four days. Many questions and subjects were brought up, including that this was a graduation gift and would not be opened for a month. The guy fully understood. The next day after opening it we called the number provided on the website and lo-and-behold, it is the same man as before. All he did was question and accuse us when we told him that we were not happy with the order and wanted either a partial refund or to send it back and get what was advertised by their company at their expense. He sent out an email with an address to email pictures of what we received as he did not even have a parts list available. We emailed it right away and have yet to this day to hear back. We had to spend extra money installing this airhorn that we shouldn't have. And the voice of the company needs to work on his attitude.
