    If you read the OP carefully it says no shipping and he would not respond to questions about shipping.
    Due to the fact that I know him, I would say he is too lazy to pack it in a box and drop it off at the post office. The money is not worth his time.
    And also he doesn't want to deal with people that have the ability to read but lack the ability to process what they have read.
