new 05 tacoma, vibrating issue

Hey yall,

I recently got a 05 tacoma regular cab with 5 speed MT. ~142k miles. It seems to be having a vibration issue when driving at speed. seems to happen in every gear in the lower rev. range, it goes away above 70 mph in 5th but i haven't tested the other gears much.

I'm also still learning to drive standard but this happens with the truck fully in gear so I don't think its me.

Can y'all point me in the direction of finding out what the issue is? I'm thinking of having a shop look at it just to save some time, especially since I do not have a garage or driveway to work on things myself.

Im also planning on changing all the fluids soon and probably do all the 150k mile service things early as well, so if anyone has any recommendations for what maintenance I should do for that let me know.
