So this will probably be more of an intro thread than build for now. Finally got back into a Tacoma after selling the first gen I had for over 10 years when we moved from HI to NC.

Here's a picture of my old truck:

Brought home this 2015 Magnetic Gray DCSB V6 PreRunner yesterday. Tried to find one with alloys, but I thought I got a good price (paid $25k, advertised for $27k, $29k msrp) so I decided to pick it up and worry about wheels later.

Here it is at the dealership:

I'm loving it so far. Still have to finish up my last semester of Mechanical Engineering in the fall, plus have twin toddlers to take care of, so any mod plans will probably have to be on hold until I get a real job after graduation. In the meantime, I'll be drooling over all the other build threads on here and taking notes for my own build.

Installed the tonnopro trifold cover I got from @ready6delta today. Fit is perfect but the vinyl seems a little tight. I'm guessing it should stretch out after a little bit and allow the cover to lay flatter. Also hardwired my dashcam in this past week (but didn't take any pics).

    Here's the cover installed:
