There’s so many Pro grilles on TW that’s it’s really almost boring (no offense). When I see another Taco on here (other than my own) that has a non-derped, non-pro full smoke-Chrome TRD ‘Cheeze Grater’.........I’m like.......holy Smokes!!!!! :headbang::cheers::taco:

God, they decided to keep the gay chrome trim bezel. Should of went black or color matched. When will they get that majority don't want chrome. Save that shit for a limited

Why don't they just give them all the 17 trd pro grill, its really the only one that doesn't make me have to try and like it. It simple, clean, black and says Toyota, what more do you need.

Yes they are. I believe it has to do with fuel efficiency. Not so much as a function of aerodynamics, but efficient engine cooling to achieve better performance. I recall reading a reason and it was something along those lines.

Once the chrome bezel is blacked out, it will look good. Better start than the all chrome TRD OR grille that everyone either blacked out or swapped.

Not too big of a fan of the Pro grill tbh.

Sooner or later cars will get rid of grilles entirely.

Sort of a counter concept to raising the T stat ratings so the engine runs hotter/more efficient, no?

I'm going to do this to my new TRD. Did you do it yourself or have it done? Any tips would be appreciated.

    Thanks Johnny6, I appreciate it!

Did you do any prep work before spraying the bedliner, like sanding/ priming, etc.?

Yes because they will be electric no need for air flow to the radiator for the motor only the radiators that cool the battery

Before that happens the utility companies will need to increase generation capacity. Other than the fact that Americans, are not overly fond of diesels one if the things holding diesel back is fuel availability. Refineries are currently set up to produce a certain yield.
