New 2018 problem

@Utfan1 , we’re 11 days past the hearing. What happened?

 

Sorry I lost my phone and all my log ins. Got the hearing results last Wednesday. Was denied . So I bought a new ford f150 today and so did my buddy that was going to buy a new Toyota.
State of tn attorney has the case but I'm going to email them to drop it . Figured it would be the same outcome.

Supposed to get all the prepaid maintenance and gap coverage back . If they give it to me I'm out about 5k. Ford paid 33 for the Got a
Gave my buddy 31 for his 16 dblcb trdor.
Wife likes f150 better. Second pic came in on car hauler while I was at Cleveland ford.
Fyi old gm from toy Cleve now runs Cleve ford. I Was able to walk Ford's lot at 2am when I got off work. Something that will result in the police being called at toy Cleveland.

 

This was a disappointing ending.. Glad you like your new truck and all, but no justice was done. Although this just seems like a rare horrifying experience it makes me concerned about my new purchase.

 

Being out $5k isn’t that bad considering you get your sanity back

 

Never saw this thread before today. On the Better Business Bureau web site, Clev Toy only has one review. A negative review that is several years old. Clev Toy has an A+ rating. I’d be thinking about adding your experience.
