Hey I have a question? I recently just bought a new 2019 off road Tacoma a couple months back. I wanted to lift my truck( I have 3” fox suspension set from my previous Tacoma) but I called the Toyota dealership where I bought my truck and they said it will make my warranty invalid and I got 5year or 100,000 mi warranty. Is there anything I can do

Try reading the fine print on the warranty and see what it says?

You will lose warranty related to your suspension, but if you get a professional to install, they will give you warranty on the install. We all went thru this concern lifting our trucks. Just make sure its done right and dont worry bout it. I lifted and take it to the dealer for all sorts of warranty work. They are ordering me new bsm as i type. As for the idiot sales guy who is telling you your warranty wont be honored, he obviously doesnt know the law or moss magnusson act? Hes just saying the easiest bullshit to either get you to pay the stealership to install you an overpriced spacer lift, or really doesnt give a shit

So everything other than my suspension should be covered, but my 4x4 should still be covered and anything else

They need to prove that lifting your truck screwed up your 4x4, which is possible if you lifted 6” and didnt take the precautions needed to prevent damage, such as control arms, diff drops ect. Thats why its important to do it right the first time. I didnt so my needle bearing the first time around, so toyota probably wont cover it. It will be on me to pay to get it done. And yes, all other things unrelated must be honoured. I habe heard of people having issues with the tss when lifting because of the sensors. Some have issues, others dont....dealer specific really
