I’m in the middle of an install and I’d love to hook up my Natika front cam. Do you have any pointers? I gather that I should use the AUX in plug in the T10’s auxiliary bundle. Not sure about power. Any ideas?

I bought the Sienna HU #86140-08190. Along with AHH harness and USB.

Installed today and everything worked besides the USB dash port. Everything plugged in and fit nicely. I ordered another AHH USB harness in hopes it was just a faulty USB cord? Idk hopefully it’s not the Sienna HU I bought.

    Anyone have similar problems?

Not sure if anyone has confirmed this or not before, but I just dropped a 2019 Sienna HU w/ Nav into my 2018 today and can confirm that the anytime camera works with the AHH harness

How did you get a “non registered” VIN to set up Entune 3.0 apps on retrofitted headunit? TIA

I went to car-part.com and looked at the pics of the wrecked vehicle's. Most have their VIN pics. I tried every single one of them until I get lucky. But, that hasn’t worked anymore since Toyota updated that 3.0 APP. Also, I got better luck with the older Siennas VIN.

Anyone able to find a way around this that works with the new Toyota apps? Specifically Toyota connect?

I took out the original head unit in my 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRDPro (PN: 86804-04121 510103) and installed a unit from 2020 Toyota Corolla (PN:86140-1235086140-02A50). I was lucky enough to buy it for $80 on Facebook market. Brian from auto harness house was extremely helpful in getting the best harness for the install.

The hardest thing was modifying the mounting brackets since the back of the original unit is on the top side behind display and the Corolla’s is on the bottom side of the display. Entune apps don’t work, unit does not have navigation, and can’t set/change the clock on the display. Im okay with all these trade offs since having CarPlay addresses all these issue in its own way.

I ended up getting this Ai box for wireless CarPlay and video display (e.g live tv, Netflix, YouTube etc). The VSS bypass also works as intended using the jumper harness.

Long story short, I can confirm a Corolla unit will work as a retrofit option.
