New 2020 Taco

Hey guys,
sorry if this topic has been beaten to death, but I couldn't find the answer I needed with the search option.

Long story short: I'm coming from a 1999 4Runner and will be ordering a new 2020 Tacoma through the Costco program on Saturday and I'm curious what package has heated cloth seats. The dealer says that package doesn't exist, but I swear I've seen it. Any of you have experience with this?

Heated seats only come with leather... more specifically the TRD premium off-road package.

 

They are able to come with cloth seats. Mine has them. But it seems like it’s an unwritten option since my paperwork doesn’t show it as an option at all. Seems like you pretty much need to talk to a dealer directly and see what they were able to stock. I feel like having the premium audio package will be more likely to have the heated seats.

 

you can get dealer to install heated seats, not a factory option though without leather.

would be the same as bringing your truck to a custom shop to install heaters in the cloth seats.

 

I have Factory Heated Cloth in my Truck too, I do recall a version being available on the 2020 too, it was some sort of Premium Package without a Sunroof if I am not mistaken.

 

I don't see a way to do it on a 2020 on toyota.com

 

When I was test driving, that model with fabric seats and heated seats combo did exist.. however, finding the one with led and camera included was next ti impossible to find. The dealers are BSing you that it doesn't exist. However,they aren't BSing you that it's hard to find.

 

I’m pretty sure you need to get the Premium Audio and Dynamic Navigation package. It includes dual zone climate control, heated cloth seats, and automatic headlights. It’s more common in certain areas. None available in the Southeast Toyota region, but there’s a bunch in Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, etc. It’s definitely a option though, just not as common as the more expensive premium package with leather and sunroof and JBL.

 

Thanks for answering so quick, guys. I don't see it on the Toyota website, either. I did find one on a dealer site with heated cloth seats but it doesn't list the packages, only the options. It does say that it has premium audio. Nothing else, unfortunately. I'll have to keep digging.

 

It doesn’t list heated seats as part of this package, but if you look at the trucks with this package, they all have heated cloth seats. Like I said, it doesn’t seem to be a common package and only certain regions seem to have them on the lots right now.

 

I was building one for fun the other day and this combo has heated cloth seats. not sure what other combos would tho. Its a 2020 Access Cab TRD Sport V6 Manual Transmission 4WD with the premium sport package.
