Wanted new sound and to tune my welding skills. I cut my stock pipe right between the cab and bed so i am starting my custom pipe job from there.
maybe i will be the first "cab back" exhaust. lol. any ways here is what i have so far and as soon as i am done i will get some sound on it. Oh and this is with no muffler. so far everything is lining up great should be done by satuday just waiting on and 18" long piece to come in. Let me know what you think...Peace:cool::cool:

if all goes swell i will be getting a hushpower pro shorty to add to it maybe in spring. that is if i dont like the sound or get big power loss.

Thats is not going to work very well at all, unless you are turbo you actually lose power when going to a bigger size pipe than stock.

It messes up your back pressure and having no muffler is just silly. they dont rob power and they make it so the exhaust is quiet.

I think you should just keep the stock piping and add a small muffler in line and cut at the axle.

You will be sadly disappointing if you plan to run that as a daily driver.

sry man it is a quote off of Old school the movie but so you know restricter plates are for carb engines and they literally restrict the air and fuel flow...like in nascar they have to run them at certian tracks to reduce power. and Welcome to TW
