New All-Pro SAS Build!

We made some good progress today, we will post some pics in the morning!

 

Shop has been busy tearing down and prepping. We have all the IFS removed and frame stripped. More to come soon!

Here's some shots of the steering box sleeves and plate install as well as the panhard bracket, shock towers and frame plates being fitted prior to final welding.
Looking Good!

 

Got the DS + PS shock towers welded up and are test fitting the shocks and bumps. Steering box, Firewall plate and Steering shaft are being fitted as well.

Things are looking good on this build and moving along nicely.

Looking good...So Glad to see new Plates for the 2nd gens

 

No change to the shock towers? I've seen a few images of the top bolt for the coilovers bending due to lack of reenforcement.

Those welds look nice!!!

 

Top of the shock tower is redesigned and reinforced, you can't see it in these pics as the towers go through the fender well for 14" coil overs. we also have towers for 12" coil overs that require no cutting of the inner fenders.

 

And I'm watching!

 

Quick update with more to come later. We are making big progress on the build, here are a few shots of the Marlin box installed along with link brackets and some painted DS work.

 

Looks Sick! When will the new kits with the 14" shock towers be ready to ship also is the steering box just the factory second gen Tacoma box?

@CustomTacoma We use the rebuilt IFS box out of the 89-95.
