New amp - "DOA"

Well guys,

I just finished putting the rest of my sound deadener in the back of my double cab and installed my new mb quart onx4.125 amp on the back of my rear passenger side seat. I basically transfered wires from old amp to new amp. The amp is brand new and it does power up but no sound.

I get sound from my 2 rear door speakers because they are running off headunit. I did remount my ground wire from frame to one of the seat belt bolts, but like i said it does power on just no sound.

I bought this from sonic electronix, is it possible to of got a "Dead on arrival" amp?
