Had the same issue with mine. Ended up doing it twice. New seals and bearings. But did one thing different. Cleaned my breather out. It was plugged.
But I saw you replaced breather also. GL with repair.

There's 2 seals on these trucks. An inner and an outer. To replace the outer you have to remove the wheel bearing which is a bitch. I would only use OEM seals, but you may have a burr or an warped axle shaft killing the new seals. Could also be damaging them on install if you put any weight on the seal.

Thanks for ur response . the first time i did the work i change the outside seal . but the bearing is going out sooner . it work good for a month . so maybe i need a axle shaft ?
Any idea how much the steelership charges for this job .

So I'm seeing the same issue on an 02 tacoma v6 2wd. My assumption, after reading this thread, is to replace the wheel bearing, inner/out seal, and race. correct?

Only thing I can think of is either an improper bearing install, bent shaft, or poor quality bearings. If I were you guys I'd stay either OEM or try to get some timken bearings and races. I think rockauto sells the Timkin bearings
