    Hello all,

    Just stopping in to say hello as I just purchased a Tacoma last night up in Tucson. I'm the new owner of a double cab TRD off-road rig in spruce mica. Always loved that color. This will be my fourth Toyota 4x4 but my first Tacoma, I don't know why I waited so long to make the purchase.

    Anyhow, hopefully see some of you guy out on the trails or hunting/fishing.

    Hi Everyone,

    Thanks for the warm welcome. I'll post a photo when I can of the rig, but it's after 8 pm and I'm still at work. :mad:

    This is the rig I've always wanted, so I'm pretty excited about stretching its legs on a trail or two. Nothing too crazy though as its my daily driver as well!

    Years ago I made the mistake of buying a Jeep Wrangler TJ and saw more than a few stock Tacos out-wheel built Jeeps. Don't get me wrong, I thought the Jeep looked cool and was "fun" but my old '89 4Runner could out-wheel my TJ.

    Thank God I'm back in a Toyota. :cheers:

    Ha! Those are some funny photos. I never understood the "it's a Jeep thing" statement. I grew-up in the back of an FJ40 but was never able to afford one in nice enough condition to use as a daily driver. The FJ40 was much more of a "jeep" than any Jeep ever was.

    If it burns when you pee the medics over at the Soldier clinic have a solution for you.
