Why join a forum and then immediately start being rude to people? I don’t understand this. Did someone hurt you? You can tell us.

No. You are so wrong. I AM NOT one of those 'what pronoun do you wish to use' kind of people; in fact, quite the opposite. I am a white, bona fide conservative female. I apologize for offending anyone with my response. It just seemed crazy that someone would ask if the battery cables were hooked up. @Sandman, nope, only have 2. My '01, which I absolutely loved, and had planned on keeping until it died, got killed 3 years ago by someone who blew through a stop sign three years ago as I was on my way to work. Got the '09 as a replacement, and replaced my '10 BMW 528i with the 2021 Tacoma. No, no after market alarm. Again, apologies to anyone I may have offended. Perhaps my blunt remark was made out of frustration. (And BTW, I grew up with 4 brothers, so I know how to handle you guys.)

I could careless about the rest of the post.
I just want to know what you did to fix it?

    I’m truly happy it’s fixed.
Even if you had offended me (which you didn’t).
I would still want you to get the problem fixed.

He came back in, defended her political beliefs, declared that she owned a BMW, and then they don’t admit what the problem was.

do we really need to know anything else?

clearly human error, most likely the battery cables reversed.

How about we don’t make this political so we can “maybe” get an answer before this gets locked.
I really do want to know what the fix was, so that anyone in the future might be able to fix their problems.
