new bed bar

    6" deck plate mod, sweet bed bar.
    so i wanted a project to practice my welding so i started with a bed bar so this was my second time welding ever and this is what i made i didn't bend the bar i used galvanized steal pre bent tube all i had to use. tell me what you think of the side lighting i still need to adjust it all before real use. thanks.:cool:

    it also has a hi-lift mount on the bottom of the bar and and a flag mount cb mount and dust light mount. lights are are on small tabs not on the bar.

    Bed mat, cleats, scangauge, new headlight bulbs, weather techs, more to come
    it almost looks like the one i made except i dont have a hi lift mount... yet

    well that was my first one so about $250 for the flag mount cb mount 4 light mounts and a hi lift mount. if you want it with lights and wires ran through the bar to a plug it will be $310. i got the pre bent tube from a friend. but i will be getting a tube bender soon. thanks.

    no. no side lighting i wish just for the rear, i got some really bright led's so it floods the whole rear
