    Hey y'all new to the taco world but been a fam of the 3rd gen 4 runners for a good few years ... Always wanted a taco 4 Dr . Never could I find one under 10,000. Until recently found 1 for 6,000 . Really like to know what are some of the 1st mods that people do . Here is a pic of my 3rd gen 4runner and 1st gen taco ... 3rd gen has been on many runs and seen a lot 20190415_205642.jpg

    A few OE parts from fancy trucks
    Smart money says baseline (as in inspect or change as needed) all the items that make sure the vehicle is healthy and reliable. Fluids, hoses, brakes etc etc.

    Then use it as is, and modify as you find room for improvements based on how you use it.

    Just doing what everyone else does w/o knowing what you really want or need is, well, playing lemming.

    Since you seem to have off road experience, some basics like tools, recovery and safety gear should all be a given.

    ARE cap, wade inchannel vent visors, weathertec floor mats, ranch hand grill guard, tuffy security boxes in bed, lockable tailgate handle. Still have stuff that needs to be installed and still have stuff ordered lol.
