New Bilstein 5100 rust?

    Bilstein 5100s 884s Toytec prog. AAL SPC UCAs ProComp 5001s 16x8 Copper discoverer RTX 265/75r16 Black rear bumper Color matched grill surround
    I put my Bilstein 5100s on about two months ago. The top threads on my rear passenger side shock are completely rusted over, while the other 3 are still shiny. Its just concerning because of how fast it rusted over and that it's only one of them. Anyone else experience this?

    I'm assuming you mean surface rust. Mine have it too and they've been on 4 months or so. I wouldn't fret

    Yea I'm not to worried. Just weird that only one was effected out of the 4.
