Sounds like buffer trails from a random orbital polisher and a careless detailer or a detailer without proper lighting conditions. They'll need to be polished out. Black paint is very unforgiving, but oh so rewarding when it's cleaned up proper. :washing: I miss my black 2020 TRD 4Runner.

Black is a bitch. While the truck is new, pony up and take it to a good detailer for a paint correction and ceramic coat, it'll stay looking much nicer for longer.
Then hand wash with a microfiber wash mitt, and do whatever the coating manufacturer recommends to keep it up. It will pay off down the road with a nicer looking vehicle.

Whatever you do, never, and I mean never, take a black vehicle through an automated car wash with the brushes. Unless you really dig swirl marks.
