New Bluetooth HU

Looking for a good inexpensive Bluetooth HU to go into my 06 DCSB. I'd like to stay at $100 or less and prefer one with a external mic. Not worried about back-up camera, carplay or any of that. Would like to make and receive calls and stream audio. What are your opinions on brand, model and where to buy?

 

Pioneer, Kenwood, or Alpine for head unit. Buy them at Crutchfield. They have good customer service, will answer all your questions, and include the wiring harness you will need and if going from double din to single din HU, they include the pocket for underneath your head unit. and they include instructions for the install to fill in the blanks you might have after googling. i did mine on my 04 yesterday and it was pretty easy. Amazon might have the better price but factor in the harness and the pocket and it breaks even.

I went with the Pioneer DEH-S4220BT. It has bluetooth and cd player, with an external mic. i routed the mic to the opening where my parking brake is rather than up the door seal and clipped to the sun visor. this seemed cleaner to me, but havent used it yet. i like that it shows the artist and track from spotify right on the unit too. it was $85 on crutchfield and i bought the little posi connectors for the wiring harness that they included in my order.
