Ok, I just got my Built Right UCA's and the packaging was good. There was no scratches or blemishes, and I'm pretty sure all of the parts are here. These UCA's look well built and are beefy. I'm excited!

For those of you that have these: is you metal sleeve shorter then the poly bushings when all assembled?

They sent a person over to my house to check them out! The first sleeves were 1.960 and they are suposed to be 2.060. They replaced the sleeves and also made me a spacer to my specs (for the ucas). The spacer is said to be unnecessary (by the manufacturer) but it makes me feel better about it. The spacer is for the gap (.085) was between the frame and the UCA, so the uca slid forward and backward when installed. The manufacturer says its for the variances in each vehicle.

So far there are no squeaks AT ALL!! I used Super Lube Synthetic, bought from marshal's hardware store, for the poly bushings (recommended by the Truck Shop). And I used the telon spray, that is found at Lowes, for every side and part in the uniball ( hosed it all down before installation).

Don't forget that you are dealing with two companies here. The Truck Shop who is the retail location and the company that makes the Built Right UCA's.

James at The Truck Shop will do anything he can to stand behind the work he does and the products he sales.

Yup, you have to call and speak to James. Tell him you are from TW so he gives you the TW price. Don't think they were ever on their site.
