I'm in the same boat. Tried emailing and left a message in the voicemail for the number I called and haven't heard anything back yet.

That is the number I called and left a voicemail for. Just waiting on a return phone call. It's only been a couple of days and since it's the holiday season I'm sure they are slammed with previous jobs and new ones. If I don't hear anything by the end of the week then I'll try calling again.

I was in there for an oil change just the other day and yes, they were busy. But I did see a built right UCA in the display case as usual.

Right on, good to hear they are still producing the uca. Time to just be patient until the busy time of year calms down. Thanks for the info Rusty!

1-800 number got me nowhere. The number posted by the op (Phone Tel (858) 408-0314) will get you to the right person. I was quoted at $509 plus shipping. I called back a couple times since to place the order with no luck. I will try again tomorrow.

Been calling all week. Automated message says the office is open...... but no answer! Are they closed this week? I would think this is their busy season.

Possibility of another group buy? I'd go in on it!

It's these or LR for me. I'm worried about squeking with a uniball but it seems like everyone running these for multiple years have no complaints.

No complaints here. Their misalignment spacers are expensive as fack though.

Mine squeaked after install. I hit them with some dry lube and continue to do so every couple months or maybe 3K. Never heard a peep out of them since

Like how expensive we talking? Is that an additional item or a replacement part? (Noob question)

Have some updates for anyone still looking to get their hands on the UCAs. I just got off the phone with them and they had been closed most of last week for the holidays. Today was their first day back open and they are calling everyone who left them messages. The UCAs were $509 and shipping was about $20 for me in Colorado. The customer service was awesome and they got my order taken care of in about 5 minutes. Extremely happy with The Truck Shop and can't wait to get my hands on the Built Right UCAs!

I'll have to stop by and pick me up a set. I just can't swallow what the other guys are asking.
