    What does everyone use for lube?

    Dupount Dry Teflon for the uni-ball ?

    What kind of greese for the bushings?

    I used the Dry Teflon and the grease I am not sure because the truck shop did it for me.

    Any body have a write up on how to assemble these? On top of that I think I'm missing parts, a few that I can easily tell and the coating on the arms is all chipped.

    Specifically, 2 zerks, 1 half of a bushing set, and 1 of the peices that goes in the ball joint, not sure what they are called.

    Contact James at the truck shop. I did not install mine myself, but other did and they didn't have any problems.

    Pete I saw the pictures...that is damaged in shipping for sure. I have seen all the UCAs at the shop and they are in perfect condition. You just got unlucky with the shipper and he beat the shit out of the UCAs. James said to send it back and he will send you a new pair. Make sure you send everything back to him so he can ship out the new one right away.

    Installed mine today, same as wilson with the chipped paint and missing parts. I contacted James about it just to inform him that they need to either wrap the stuff better or not use USPS because the box I got was destroyed.

    As for the arms themselves there were a few small things that made me question why I just dropped $500 for a product that says BuiltRight and well...isn't exactly "built right".

    Make sure you contact him...I believe he had an employee ship them and didn't wrap them well like you said. That employee is not longer there. I have had no problems with mine. There are other members on there that have had no problem. He is looking into what may have happened. Contact him and he will make it right.

    Why did you install them if there were missing pieces and damage to the UCA?

    For me, the attention to detail is not there. They seem to be "built right" in the sense that they seem identical to the Total Chaos arms but just cheaper.

    I am just going on my experience with them. Sorry to hear about those who had trouble but I know others like Greg that are satisfied with them like I am.

    There are a lot of products out there like TC and Camburg. That is the great thing about our trucks we have choices.

    There are big companies like All Pro which recently had people complaining and those who have dealt with them love their products and services.

    I have had them since April.
