New bumper in near future.

So putting together the plans for a custom Baja style front bumper/armor and need some help. My guy doing the work just got his shop open and doesnt buy in bulk yet.

What I'm asking is directed to those who have made one or have one made. About how much raw material am i gonna need to get for this build. I'm looking for somewhat simple/functional.

One bar from fender to fender, no grill/headlight hoops. From bumper bar to subframe straight bar and armor.

Any help is greatly appreciated. We are gonna fab on the truck just need an idea how much tubing and sheet metal I need on hand.
