So getting a new bumper but don’t have cash for winch or light bar right now. How hard is it to install a winch when you already have the bumper on? Assuming complete removal ?
    Thanks for the help!

Complete removal would of been required on my greenlane. Based on how most mount I would assume the same on most brands.

I waited a few months and did both at the same time. That's what I would recommend

It'd probably be easier to install the bumper without the winch the first time, the 2nd time should be much easier.
Don't forget about the extra weight, my bumper and winch is about 160lbs.
